Chongzhou Unveiled A Preferential Policy For Shoe Manufacturers To Produce Incentives.

Reporters recently learned from the relevant parties in Chongzhou that the City Industrial Park Administrative Committee recently issued a series of preferential policies to promote the shoe-making and shoe materials signing enterprises in the park as soon as possible to start production and operation.

According to Xiao Yaxi, Secretary of the Party committee of Chongzhou Industrial Development Zone, shoes and shoe materials enterprises that are put into production and opened during the prescribed period will enjoy six preferential policies:

First, the enterprises put into production before October 20th this year, the shortage of funds in the follow-up decoration project, by the small and medium enterprises Guarantee Corporation as far as possible to help enterprises to handle loans;

Two, the enterprises that have been put into operation before October 20th this year will be given 20 thousand yuan relocation subsidy, and the shoes produced after the production will be 0.5 yuan / double reward enterprises to January 30, 2009.

Three, the shoe material enterprises that enter the shoe material market and start business before October 20th this year will subsidize the rental of shops until January 30, 2009 (no more than 5000 yuan per household).

Four, enterprises that are put into production before October 20th of this year shall give priority to the use of state-owned land use permits and real estate certificates.

Five. The enterprises that are put into production before October 20th of this year shall be responsible for coordinating the relevant departments by the industrial district administrative committee, and collecting the expenses related to water, electricity and gas at the lowest standard.

Six. For enterprises that are put into production before October 20th this year, the CMC will be responsible for coordinating labor and other departments to give priority to handling and recommending labor employment.
