From August 15th to August 21st to Beijing and other places, I participated in the "performance management" organized by Thunis training centre.


First, the training course includes "how to design reasonable performance goals", "effective application of performance tools", "guidance and communication in performance promotion", "strategy executor".


1, performance can not simply be called performance appraisal, but it should be called performance management.

Performance management can only be a communication and follow-up management tool, rather than a measure of how much work is good or how much salary is paid, and it is a full participation project.


2, the implementation of performance needs to be closely linked to the company's strategic objectives. It is decomposed into the Department with the company's goal as the general goal, and then decomposed by the Department to the employees.

The performance plan should be an agreement signed by the whole staff in the joint design.


3, performance management should be trained with peers, use training measures to enhance staff's understanding of it, and then use material incentives to stimulate employee acceptance.


4, there are two tools for performance management: target management and balanced scorecard. Through the study of these two tools, I think the target management method is more suitable for our company, but some departments of the company can use some of the purposes of the balanced scorecard.


Two, communication with Thunis:


1, next year, we will promote MBA: we have communicated with Wang Ling, director of Thunis training center, about the promotion of MBA training next year.


(1) it can be operated as a client in the first place next year; when the time is ripe, it will consider the registered company to specialize in it.


(2) directly register the company's operation.


(3) the price of courses can be adjusted according to local conditions.


2, Thunis love purchasing network: Cao Yang and Thunis love shopping network sales manager to communicate some love business.

I have introduced to you several aspects that our company may need next year.

Three, new stores in Yichun and Ji'an


1. Yichun: arrived in Yichun on August 20th, and visited two newly opened stores in Yichun.

A shop scheduling arrangement has been arranged and notified to Deng Hailong.


2, Ji'an: Ji'an Yangming store behind the Tibetan design is not ideal, the space is too small, it is not easy to stock.

The color of the wall is different from that of the city store.
