I think there are three reasons: first of all, they need a lot of people who engage in basic things, such as clerks, secretaries, engineers at the bottom, etc., such jobs are generally liberal arts, and the most suitable ones are to recruit fresh graduates from the cost performance. Secondly, some of the fast developing companies have difficulty in "digging corners". They go to universities across the country to recruit large numbers of talents and cultivate their backbone. The third reason is that it has to be accepted. Some units must enter a certain number of fresh students every year, and when some companies talk about big projects, customers will make such additional conditions.


In view of the first article, I think the candidate should be impressed with the quality and cultivable ability of the employer. Do not exaggerate and be experienced or stubborn when talking about a problem. They want you to be soft and shape. I have encountered such a big * * *, hard to show that they have the ability of thinking and ability, and the result is just the opposite.


If you can become a company's key training target, of course, you are the most fortunate candidate. I remember that when Baidu and HUAWEI used to hire fresh graduates, they even became the mainstream of the company. We usually ask these questions to judge your soft power: what kind of career plan do you have for yourself? What kind of person do you want to be in the future? Say something you didn't do well, why didn't you do it at that time? If you were given the chance, how would you do it again?


Now, the division of the economy and stratum is very serious on campus. There are also some negative things that come to school even when BMW goes to school, parents sell blood for reading, and society likes to be poor and rich. When recruiting, we are also concerned about the mentality of * *, they have not yet embarked on society, if the mentality has been distorted and distorted, enterprises will not want to. I ran into a Mercedes Benz for an interview and asked what it looked like. There are still many job seekers, asking about the family situation, telling my parents that they are farmers, and proud of their mentality. Entering the workplace, everyone is a member of the team. If we want to integrate with everyone, we must not be different.


In recent years, I have nearly 20 interns. From them, we can see that maturity, job skills and internship experience are closely related. So in the two years before finding a job, in addition to doing well in study, we must have a goal to participate in the internship and pay attention to cultivating our soft qualities. All say that nature is difficult to move, but nothing can be changed. If you are introverted, you must become cheerful; if you are not good at speaking, you must learn to communicate. Before entering the workplace, let oneself mature in the way of dealing with others and dealing with others.

As long as we work in a team, even in R & D, we have to build a framework and analyze together, make project plans, discuss problems regularly, and integrate products with the market, and communicate in all directions. If you are only professional, but you can't cooperate with others, you can't achieve your value. In this case, the company is likely to reluctantly give up and abandon you.


Although we all know that you are a new person, you will be considerate, but you must take the time to speed up and get the most out of your ability to learn and adapt to show your soft qualities. Sometimes this is even more important than your ability to work. The new Department is usually an assistant character. It requires a lot of data statistics and manipulation. You may not be able to do that. It doesn't matter. You must show a good team integration, so that everyone can like you and others can teach you on their own initiative.


If the Department Manager works overtime in the evening, even if everyone else is gone, I suggest you not to go either. You can't do any substantive work. You can cook meals for the manager. For a few days, I believe he will be impressed with you. On Friday, the manager arranged overtime work. Even without you, I suggest you come, even if you answer the phone. There are telephone calls on every station in the company. If you are not busy, you should pick up the phone rings around each station. A colleague goes to the bathroom or goes out to work. When you first arrive in the new Department, don't put yourself in prison. You should extend your tentacles on your own initiative. These are good ways to quickly integrate into the team. If you are such a person, it is not suitable for people to walk too close and hard, so it is very painful to violate the disposition that you do not want to change. No matter how it is done, keep good character in the workplace. It's dangerous to do more with the leaders and use his trust to deceive the superiors and the superiors. This often subverts your ultimate goal of approaching the leadership, such as faster job placement, more important tasks for you, etc.


I often say no to my boss. He says this is not good. I should say so, but we cooperate very happily, because we trust each other very much. Now people's career planning and life goals have been set up ahead of schedule, not to enter the workplace for 35 years. How to plan their career development has become a routine problem for people in the workplace.


When I was in touch with human resources, I didn't know that this was a permanent profession. I am learning software. In the future, whether I am a programmer, a market or a dry administrator, I have not made up my mind. Later, I set a career direction. I think my career is to go to a IT company to do human resources, and to enter the biggest and best platform, like Motorola, Microsoft or TCL. Once this opportunity arises, I will seize it. As a matter of fact, my career is constantly developing according to the order of "post industry platform".


I agree with the graduate school and strive to go to a big company. Such companies are very standardized and mature. If you go to a small platform, of course, you can improve your ability, but after all, your vision is small and you can't get complete experience. If you prefer to make a chicken head instead of a phoenix tail, you can do it in a big company for several years, then jump to a small company, or start your own business. In my book, I wrote a case called "the past and present life of the president of the Asia Pacific region". He and I used to be a colleague of peace. In a year and a half, I changed from an ordinary employee who earned 1400 yuan a month to the president of Asia, a veteran company in the world.


This rapid rise is achieved through job hopping. If he is always in peace, he will not be able to rise. In larger enterprises, whether they are state-owned enterprises, foreign enterprises or large private enterprises, the space for growth is very limited. Under what circumstances is it possible? There are many opportunities for you to endure and stick to it.


So far, I regret that I left TCL, which is a recognized failure in the industry. The success of job hopping can only be judged in 35 years, but the platform is not suitable for itself. When I was in the workplace, I couldn't sleep every night. I woke up in the morning and thought I could not adapt to the new environment. Under pressure, thinking seems to be abnormal. Depressed mood, do not know where to go in the future, and where to go.


I believe that most people who jump across the trough feel this way. When you get to know a new place slowly, you find that values, ways of doing things and even your goals are different from what you originally imagined. How to deal with it? You can't change the platform. Just like a big social environment, individuals can't shake. Most of the time, we need to change ourselves and adjust our mindset. What do the boss want from me? What I can do for the platform, where the value is, what I want and what I can do will relax.


I also do not advocate repressing myself. It is difficult for people to pretend in the workplace. 35 days can be long, and no one else will believe it. It is still necessary to understand from the bottom of your heart that as long as you make achievements, get your boss's approval and trust, have your own stage to realize your value, others are not important, and the difficult period is struggling to get out.


Job hopping Keywords: close to target

When the platform is too different from its career goals, it must also resolutely leave. A colleague of mine once felt that there was no way to go up in his previous company. He jumped out, and the goal he had designed for himself was to go back to the original business in three years, the level rose by three, and the salary increased by three times. No matter how we kept him, he left. It turned out that he had gone the right way, and he managed to achieve all his goals in three years.


Either get the promotion of position and salary, or achieve a certain requirement in life. Job hopping must help you achieve your goals. Maybe not all at once, or at least closer. There is a child whose mother can take thirty thousand or forty thousand a month, but the child has to go to primary school. Her family is far away from the unit. In order to pick up the child, she prefers to choose a job away from home, with little income but flexible time. There are gains and losses. Sometimes job hopping is not necessarily upward. It may be circuitous downward to see what is most needed in front of you.


I am not very much in favor of a person who stays in a place for many years, and a moderate job hopping is necessary, especially when he is young. Experiencing different platforms, different views and different workplace landscapes is of great significance for later stability in one place.


Too frequent beating can cause people to ask questions. If you want to jump, don't be less than three years in a place, when you are familiar with your position and the company as a whole, your experience can be taken to another platform.


I am a HR. I don't want to see the same person in the same environment and experience the same thing for many years. HR will not mature. I want to experience different environments and different things, and at the age of 40, I have accumulated almost stability on a platform to release my ability. I basically achieved that goal.
