PRADA

To celebrate the 2010 World Expo, Shanghai, PRADA has specially designed a new window to display selected products. The new windows and products are inspired by the theme of the Expo, "better city makes life better".

Shanghai's contemporary landmark buildings such as Oriental Pearl, Jinmao Building and other elements are applied. The beautiful forest hidden in the imagination, arouses people's attention to the ecological environment and the concept of sustainable development.

The exaggeration of trees and buildings and the use of various natural elements derive from the imagined cartoon world.

All these imply that human beings must learn to respect nature and combine good childlike innocence and imagination with urban development in order to have a better future.

Since May, a new series of display windows has been unveiled in PRADA Shanghai, Hongkong, Seoul, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Singapore and San Francisco.

PRADA is a limited edition handbag designed for World Expo, Shanghai, China. Sportswear, sports shoes and accessories are also being sold.

The limited series of the Expo is inspired by the urban life of twenty-first Century.

PRADA's Expo limited series combines the iconic urban image of Shanghai and the natural symbols of Pudong, including butterflies, flowers and green leaves. It interprets the modern vision of PRADA, the "future city".
