The traditional new year, "songgan Festival" ("Song Gan" is the pliteration of Sanskrit), also known as "Water Splashing Festival", is the Gregorian calendar from April 13th to 16 every year.

During the festival, people carry or use the huge Buddha statues to travel. Behind the Buddha is followed by a flower car, with the makeup of the "goddess of the song", a group of young men and women dressed in colorful ethnic groups.

Knock on the long drum, sing and dance.

On the side of the parade, the male and female believers carried their way through the silver bowl. They sprinkled the spiced water in the silver bowl and sprinkled them on the Buddha and the goddess of the Song Dynasty. They prayed for the best wishes for the new year, and the wind and rain changed. Then people sprinkled each other and smiled happily.

On the first day of the new year, Thai people put a bowl of fresh water on the window sill and the doorway. Every family has to go to the countryside to have a new year's bath.

To celebrate the new year, Thai people held the "Sports Conference" on the scale. They include: man tug of war, jumping elephant collection, elephant crossing human body, elephant football match and ancient array performance.

It was very exciting.
