To standardize Exhibition industry To promote the healthy development of MICE economy, Harbin city intends to formulate "Harbin Convention and exhibition industry management measures". According to the draft, the exhibition organizers should have the legal person qualification. Before the exhibition is held, the administrative departments in charge of industry and commerce, public security, and urban management shall go through the registration and approval procedures, and the maximum penalty of 30 thousand is not registered.

Before organizing exhibitions, the organizers or contractors of the exhibition activities shall, in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations and rules, go through the registration and approval procedures to the administrative departments in charge of industry and commerce, public security and urban management. Overseas enterprises and organizations to hold exhibitions and exhibitions in this city and the exhibition activities related to Taiwan must be examined and approved by the relevant administrative departments or units of the state.

The organizers or contractors of the exhibition should, 30 days ago, take the relevant materials such as qualification certificates, exhibition implementation plans, venues lease contracts, registration and approval procedures, and so on to the municipal Convention and Exhibition Office for the record. Exhibitors and organizers of exhibitions and exhibitions do not hold any false information. They should not embezzle the names of other units, organizations or individuals, do not cheat the exhibitors from exhibiting fees, do not forge, alter, lease, lend or transfer the registration procedures of exhibition activities, do not falsely report the special funds for the exhibition industry, and do not engage in activities inconsistent with the names and contents of the exhibitions.

In respect of penalties, the organizers or contractors of the exhibition do not examine the qualification of exhibitors, and impose a fine of not more than 10 thousand yuan.
