Jin Xin fur Co., Ltd., which has been operating for 6 years at the international trade center in Beijing, has accumulated a lot of customers from Central Asia. Although Jing Wong, chairman of the board, has never been to Tajikistan, she can hardly be familiar with the consumer concept of fur products in this country.

Classic style Leather and fur Sell well

Jing Wong said: "buyers in Tajikistan account for 10% of the total customers of our company, because the country is very small, so the market capacity is limited." For local consumers, she said: "consumers on their side are far from fashionable among domestic consumers and Russians. These colourful, fashionable and fashionable fur are all prepared for the domestic market. The style of long, pure collars and collars is mostly for Russians, while Tajikistan buyers only like conservative colors and black, grey and three kinds of colors. They are very single.

Jin Xin fur renew a design product every week, but it doesn't seem to be very attractive to merchants who come to Tajikistan. "Customers in Central Asia usually go shopping once a month, and customers in Tajikistan seldom follow the fashion trend. Even a few years ago, the style is still their favorite choice." Jing Wong said so.

The price of Jin Xin fur is about $1000~2500 per piece, and Jing Wong says that the profit of each piece is about 10%. Jin Xin's customers are divided into two categories, one is company procurement, the other is personal purchase, and Tajikistan's customers are the latter. They came to China to purchase in their own name, and then returned home to sell them through their own small shops. It is understood that the price of a fur in Tajikistan is two times that of the Chinese purchase price. Although the country's income level is low and life is not rich, most women have one or even several fur.

Jing Wong said: "in Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, no matter how rich or poor, almost one person has fur, even if the economic conditions are bad, they will buy fur through loans. This is a dress habit, even related to customs. For example, if the woman gets married, the man will usually give his wife and mother-in-law a piece of fur."

However, Tajikistan Consumers in the details of clothing are not as fastidious as domestic consumers. Jing Wong said that the lining of fur products for domestic sale is made of real silk made of Rui Xiang. Domestic consumers have higher requirements for the quality of fur, while consumers in Central Asia generally have low quality requirements for making and lining products, and the products for export are lined with ordinary cloth.

Business abroad is not easy to do.

" Central Asia Most textile and clothing products are imported from China because they are cheap and of good quality. Some customers will go to Dubai to buy fur. They think the products sold there are of better quality. But in fact, most of the fur products sold in Dubai are imported from China. I have been to Dubai for investigation, and their price is higher. " Jing Wong said so.

Jing Wong had also thought about opening the fur shop to Dubai, but after a visit, she found that there were too many Russian businessmen and Chinese in Dubai. Although sales there can increase the price of products several times, the market capacity is very limited. In addition, there are many Russian customers selling in Dubai. If Jin Xin's fur shops directly open there, it is tantamount to rob their customers. Although there is no binding agreement, it will destroy the friendly business mode.

For why not go to Tajikistan directly open shop sales, Jing Wong said: "although the local people have the habit of consuming fur, but because of the small country and small population, local sales are very few. If we go to open a shop, we should also consider the rent and labor cost, and most importantly, we need to bear the pressure of selling only one piece in ten and a half days. Moreover, a country like Tajikistan has a strong sense of nationalism, and it is difficult for foreigners to make business bigger and stronger locally.

Now, Jing Wong is more satisfied with his business model. Buyers from Tajikistan and other countries purchase several pieces to dozens of pieces each time, though not many, but most of them are settled in cash at the time, so that Jing Wong can collect foreign currency at any time. The money received has been reinvested in new raw material procurement, forming a good business cycle. She said that she trusted each other very much with her cooperative clients. Sometimes, in order to avoid carrying too much cash, customers would first make payments to Jing Wong's account, and then she would help them to purchase other products after entering the country. "Almost all businesses who do business in Central Asia do not advertise. We rely on their integrity and excellent product quality to get customers' trust. Maintenance is more important than developing customers." Jing Wong said so.
