The new order index was 54.5, an increase of 3.3% over the 51.2 in January.

The production output index was 48.2, down 6.6% from 54.8 in January.

Raw material inventories grew by 8.5% to 52.5.

In January, many enterprises reported that bad weather conditions might affect their business in February.

But there are other feedbacks that are optimistic about recent demand and growth. "
