< p > according to the final decision, the anti-dumping duty rate of the US company is 16.9%-33.5%, the anti-dumping duty rate of Canada Company is 0%-23.7%, and the anti-dumping duty rate of Brazil company is 6.8%-11.5%.

In addition, the agency accepted the application of the price commitment proposed by the Brazil special cellulose plant, carrying out its price commitment from the pulp imported by the company, and no anti-dumping duties were imposed.
