The two parties have signed the contract through friendly negotiation in order to carry out the raw material processing (or assembly) business, and in accordance with the principle of equality and mutual benefit.

The first item of processing (assembly)

Sixth freight and insurance premiums

Party B shall be responsible for transporting the raw materials (or parts) to Party A's freight and insurance premiums. Party A shall be responsible for the freight and insurance premiums paid to Party B by Party A. Seventh quality tests
