The matter is on the agenda - to publicize its ambitious goals to investors. By the 2020 fiscal year, the amount of electricity supplier pactions will increase from US $1 billion to US $7 billion, an increase of 600%.

At present, e-commerce accounts for only 2% of total sales, with total sales amounting to $30 billion 600 million. Nike plans to increase the proportion of e-commerce pactions to 14% in the next 5 years.

It is estimated that by 2020, Nike's total sales will reach US $50 billion, which means that the electricity supplier accounts for almost 1/3 of the company's total growth.

Christiana Shi, head of customer direct sales department, said Nike will accomplish this ambitious goal through three pronged strategies.

First of all, Nike will launch mobile stores for mobile phones and tablet buyers at home and abroad.

Second, Nike is trying to popularize online stores to more countries.

Finally, Nike implemented a series of multi-channel retail measures, which closely linked physical stores and online stores, enabling consumers to buy the same Nike products both online and in real stores.

It is a priority for Nike to push forward the synchronization of store products and online store products.

A few years ago, Nike talked to customers who were disappointed with the store, asking why they had not purchased any product.

"The biggest reason they left was that they didn't find the product they wanted," Shi said.

"This makes us understand that we must promote the synchronization of all store products and online stores as soon as possible."

Nike is pushing for more physical stores to integrate with mobile devices to complete pactions, and can help shoppers find products sold out of stores in online stores.

Shop clerks can also allow shoppers to sign up for Nike Plus loyalty accounts to win awards. All orders placed under the physical store can be delivered to consumers' doorways or lockers free of charge.

Nike Plus members who complete order pactions in physical stores can receive free returns, which is conducive to the completion of pactions.

Shi said, "we are telling consumers to buy three sizes of shoes. Buy three different colors of shoes. If you don't like them, you can return them.

We understand that if consumers get the products they want, they will be very happy. Next time they will come to buy them naturally.

Nike is also striving for foreign online shopping consumers, and it also has entities in foreign countries.

At present, Nike has set up e-commerce websites in many countries, including the United States, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Brazil and more than 10 European countries.

This week Nike extended its e-commerce website to Canada, Switzerland and Norway.

Nike ranked sixty-first in the 500 largest online retailer in 2015, and ranked twelfth in the latest 2016 B2B electricity supplier 300.
