CABBEEN Clothing In The First Half Net Profit Of 102 Million 200 Thousand Yuan, Electricity Supplier Income Rose 73%

Cabbeen Fashion Limited, CABBEEN clothing, released its mid term results on Monday afternoon. The company's revenue fell by 4.5% to RMB 536 million 200 thousand yuan (bottom dollar) as at the end of June. Net profit fell 31.5% to 102 million 200 thousand yuan, or 0.143 yuan per share.

Gross profit was recorded at 269 million 300 thousand yuan, an increase of 2.4% from 262 million 900 thousand yuan in the same period last year, with a gross profit margin of 50.2%, up 340 basis points compared with the same period last year.

By the end of the first half of this year, CABBEEN apparel shops had been reduced by 47 to 1012, which accounted for 41.7% of the total retail outlets, and 41.7% of the total retail outlets. In the period, the retail business revenue of the group decreased by 5.3%, while the sales of distributors, two distributors and self owned shops decreased by 6.9%.

In the first half of the year, the business recorded a 73% high growth rate to 97 million 100 thousand yuan.

Yang Ziming, chairman of CABBEEN apparel, said that the Group expects the mainland's macroeconomic weakness and consumer sentiment to remain low. However, in the long run, with the growth of the middle class, it is believed that growth opportunities will be brought to the group.
