"Textile printing and dyeing exhaust emissions are more subtle and difficult to monitor.

Due to the lack of specific and targeted standards, textile waste gas treatment and monitoring technology is still at a blank stage.

Wang Baosheng said that at present, the state is organizing experts to compile the standard, and he has also participated in the formulation work. He has investigated hundreds of enterprises in Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong.

"In order to meet the requirements of national standards, enterprises must cut into equipment improvement and technology upgrading to improve management level and effectively control the air pollution of textile industry."

Wang Baosheng believes that this will inevitably increase the cost of environmental protection input for textile and dyeing enterprises, and industry enterprises will enter a new round of shuffling.

 

The high temperature setting machine has great potential for reducing consumption.

It is understood that VOCs emissions from industrial sources involve many industries. At present, there is a lack of authorized emission inventories. Among them, printing and dyeing is one of the key industries in industrial sources.

"Printing and dyeing industry has large energy consumption and heavy pollution.

The gaseous pollutants in printing and dyeing industry are often discharged in the form of high temperature gas mixtures. The exhaust gas source recognized by the industry is the high temperature setting machine.

Wang Baosheng told reporters that the exhaust gas emitted from the high temperature setting machine has the characteristics of high temperature (120 ~ 170 degrees Celsius), high pollution (complex components), and a large proportion of the exhaust gas discharged from the textile and dyeing industry.

Statistics show that, as a high energy consuming process, the domestic energy utilization rate of drying process is about 40% to 50% (the consumption of stereotyped function is about 35%), while the advanced level of foreign countries reaches 70%. Therefore, the energy saving and consumption reduction of the stereotype machine also has great potential to be excavated.

According to the introduction, in 2008, the State Development and Reform Commission issued the "printing and dyeing industry access conditions" clearly stipulates that the stereotype (width drying equipment) must have on-line measurement and control device for main parameters, such as temperature and humidity, with exhaust gas purification and waste heat recovery device, and the outer layer of the box has good thermal insulation performance.

"The types and composition of VOCs pollutants emitted by the printing and dyeing industry seem to be very complicated, and no one seems to have studied the components in detail, but it is certain that they contain acidic gases, ordinary organic compounds and odor gases."

Wang Baosheng said that the treatment of exhaust gas from stereotypes is the key to the treatment of industrial gas pollutants in printing and dyeing industry, which has become a consensus.

In the formulation of the standard, VOCs indicators were added.

Wang Baosheng also revealed that the waste gas produced in the printing and dyeing plant wastewater treatment process, especially in the front-end process of sewage treatment, has a lot of odor gas emissions, which will affect the surrounding environment and bring harm to the surrounding residents.

Therefore, relevant indicators have been added in the formulation of the standard.

Research and development of waste gas treatment technology need to be strengthened.

Insiders predict that more stringent air pollution control plans will be introduced at the national level in the future. The current policy is only "opening remarks". A series of environmental protection policies of the state "combination boxing" will undoubtedly promote the in-depth development of energy saving and emission reduction and cleaner production in the printing and dyeing industry.

"However, at present, there is one thing that has not been done yet, and the enterprises are unwilling to do it alone. It is suggested that the government or industry should conduct a thematic study on the composition and content of the exhaust gas in the printing and dyeing industry, so that the most appropriate printing and dyeing waste gas treatment technology can be targeted."

Wang Baosheng believes that in the face of the upcoming standards, it is urgent to strengthen R & D reserves and evaluation and promotion of waste gas treatment technologies.

At present, some provinces have issued local standards for the discharge of air pollutants.

The stricter local standard is the emission standard of air pollutants in textile dyeing and finishing industry in Zhejiang province.

In addition to requiring reasonable measures for production facilities and no dilution of emissions, unorganized emission control and air pollution control are also required.

It is understood that the China Textile Engineering Association has organized relevant experts. After years of research and development, it has designed and manufactured an intelligent waste heat recovery and treatment system for stereotyping machines, and has been successfully applied to large enterprises such as Guangdong mutual printing and dyeing.

Under normal circumstances, the exhaust gas of the stereotype machine is directly discharged, that is, the heat contained in the exhaust gas is discharged to the atmosphere in white. However, through the heat exchange device of this system, the heat from the high temperature waste gas can be converted into hot water for recycling, which can generate considerable economic value.

Wang Baosheng disclosed that from the actual operation of enterprises, the average set of about 400000 yuan system can be recovered about 44 thousand yuan per month, and the cost of equipment running is 7442 yuan / month. Without calculating waste oil recovery, the cost of equipment can be recovered more than one year.
