Intelligent workshop (factory) is a main form of textile intelligent manufacturing at this stage, and it is also the foundation for realizing higher level intelligent manufacturing.
Gao Yong said that the intelligent workshop (factory) should be taken as an important breakthrough to carry out the technological development and pilot demonstration of the intelligent production process in the key fields of chemical fiber spinning, spinning, weaving, weaving, dyeing and finishing, clothing and home textiles, speeding up the construction and popularization of the textile intelligent workshop (factory), realizing the automation and intelligence of the whole process of the textile production process, and promoting the textile industry to pform and upgrade to a new generation of intelligent manufacturing.
It is understood that the China Textile Industry Federation has reviewed and announced the textile manufacturing industry intelligent manufacturing pilot enterprise in 2018. A total of 23 enterprises have been selected. The pilot projects of these enterprises basically belong to intelligent workshop, digital chemical plant or intelligent production line.
As the first pilot and demonstration enterprise of dyeing and finishing intelligent manufacturing in China, Shandong Kangping Na Group Co., Ltd., based on its major scientific and technological achievements of the first prize in national science and technology progress, built intelligent dyeing factory and created a new pattern of intelligent dyeing of yarn. The intelligent management mode of 1+N printing and dyeing based on cloud platform was built to realize the whole process information sharing, collaborative innovation and resource optimization of the cheese dyeing industry.
Lu Qingfu, deputy general manager of Kangping Nash group, said that at present, Kangping Na is building a standardized and replicable intelligent dyeing demonstration plant with an annual output of 20 thousand tons in Tai'an.
In addition, the intelligent dyeing factory with an annual output of 200 thousand tons in Korla, Xinjiang and an intelligent dyeing factory with an annual output of 80 thousand tons in Jiangsu Yancheng is under construction, of which the first standardized intelligent dyeing factory in Xinjiang Korla is installing and debugging equipment.
