On the morning of February 12th, Huangchuan County textile and garment recruitment seminar was held in County Career Technical College in 2019.

He pointed out that at present, according to the overall development idea of "increasing the physical strength of the chain extension chain, breaking through the bottleneck of dyeing and finishing industry, and building industrial parks", Huangchuan county will increase the intensity of the construction of Beijing garment industrial park, Guangdong textile and garment industrial park, Zhejiang garment industrial park and Shanghai garment industrial park. It is planned that by the end of 2021, there will be 30 Enterprises above Designated Size of textile and clothing, more than 90% of the park's occupancy rate, more than 30 thousand workers in the industrial sector, and 50 thousand people in related trade, logistics and service industries, achieving 10 billion yuan of main business income, an average annual increase of 20%, and a year-on-year increase in profits and taxes.

On this basis, the concentration of industries has been gradually increased. The R & D capability, design level and product quality of the backbone enterprises have reached the advanced level in China. The brand influence and radiation power have been significantly improved in the domestic and foreign markets.

By 2025, the main business revenue will be doubled, and the textile and clothing strong counties will be basically built to create "China (Huangchuan) textile and garment industry city".
