We will strengthen the coordination of key elements such as employment and loans of enterprises, and give assistance through comprehensive measures to enhance the ability of enterprises to stabilize production and work. At the same time, accelerate the construction of projects, implement the "point, line and area" and "five one" contact service mechanism, and play the role of project implementation in driving employment growth.

In the first half of the year, a total of 5.5696 million yuan of pre job training subsidies, 9.3913 million yuan of social insurance subsidies, 17.552 million yuan of one-time new employment subsidies, 322 million yuan of enterprise social security fees, 13.7404 million yuan of deferred payment of enterprise social security fees, 46.5373 million yuan of subsidies for enterprise stability, 40.565 million yuan of employment and entrepreneurship subsidies, and one-time employment subsidies were granted 10.4826 million yuan, 1.95 million yuan of enterprise start-up guarantee loan and 726200 yuan of unemployment subsidy were issued, which played a positive role in stabilizing the employment of enterprises.

At the same time, we carried out the training of post employment demand and vocational skills, and made videos of textile and garment and electronic product assembly enterprises' working position, production, living, learning and other conditions to publicize and release them to the society, so as to deepen job seekers' understanding of enterprises and realize accurate docking of posts. Focusing on the employment needs of enterprises, we have adopted the methods of "inviting enterprises to conduct on-the-spot training, enterprise docking and on-the-job training, and teachers leading apprentices to replace training by doing" to carry out pre job training for 6107 employees in labor-intensive industries such as textile and clothing, and training 1680 highly skilled talents.
