The United StatesAAFAUrges The Senate To Amend The Provisions Of Bangladesh.

< p > > a href= "http://sjfzxm.com/pioneer/" > the United States < /a > clothing and Footwear Association (AAFA) is urging the US Senate to amend the defense Appropriation Bill to provide a more inclusive clause for Bangladesh.

< /p >

< p > in an open letter, AAFA is concerned about the two clauses currently drafted in the 2015 annual defense Appropriation Bill, which is believed to have a negative impact on the Ministry of defense, military exchanges and supply companies in the United States.

< /p >

< p > the first clause requires the Bangladesh agreement to enter into military exchanges from Bangladesh, and can only conclude contracts with the enterprises that have joined the agreement.

< /p >

< p > the second clause is that the US Department of defense requests the Bangladesh source for approval to join the Bengal agreement.

< /p >

< p > AAFA pointed out: "although these clauses are concerned with all Bangladesh buildings and workers' safety, it is regrettable that they are being ignored by other Bangladesh organizations such as Bangladesh workers safety alliance.

Focusing solely on a single organization has virtually destroyed the cooperative relationship between other sectors of the US government and international agencies such as the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the economic cooperation and Development Organization (OECD).

< /p >

< p > AAFA indicates that a more inclusive clause may be discussed, especially considering the important cooperative relationship that the alliance and European Agreement have developed in the fields of inspection, labour empowerment and training.

< /p >

< p > AAFA stressed: "although we still have a long way to go to cultivate the safety culture of Bangladesh's perpetual workers, we have made significant progress and have been quite successful in the past year.

These gains are mainly due to the two main organizations responsible for improving worker safety - alliances and agreements, as well as other stakeholders, including the cooperation between the trade unions and the Bangladesh government.

"P > AAFA added that we hope to form a consensus of" cooperation and support from all sides "in Bangladesh.
